MIAME/Plant-compliant and Plant Ontology enhanced expression
database for rice microarray data.
The Affymetrix 57k Rice GeneChip was created in collaboration with
the international rice community within the Affymetrix GeneChip consortia program.
The 20K rice long oligonucleotide array was developed by
University of California at Davis (UCD), The Institute for Genomic
Research (TIGR) and Iowa State University (ISU), and is funded by the
National Science Foundation, Plant Genome Program, Project number
